Bathroom renovation — bright, spa-inspired transformation. The original, compact layout was reworked to prioritize light, storage and durability. The after includes an oversized walk-in shower with a frameless glass enclosure and recessed niche, a floating vanity with a durable engineered-stone top, and crisp large-format porcelain tile installed on both floor and walls to create a seamless, easy-to-clean plane. Matte-black fixtures and a low-profile linear drain give the space a modern edge while upgraded ventilation and layered LED lighting ensure comfort and function.

Living room remodel — open, bright, and connected. This remodel removed a partial dividing wall to open sightlines to the kitchen and invite daylight deeper into the home. The after features wide-plank oak-look flooring, simple, crisp trim profiles, and a custom recessed media wall with built-in shelving to keep technology and storage tidy. Recessed LED lighting and updated outlets were added for modern convenience; careful color and material choices create a warm, cohesive flow from room to room.

Stairs remodel — a durable, refined focal point. The existing, worn stair run was upgraded to a clean, contemporary look with new solid hardwood treads, finished risers, and a modern handrail profile. Where the layout allowed, the risers were visually opened and paired with slender metal balusters to improve sightlines and lend a lighter feel. New nosing and consistent stain/finish tie the stairs into the broader home palette, and improved lighting at the landing enhances safety and presentation.
